Warranty Policy
All products manufactured by Kussmaul Electronics Company Inc. are warranted to be free of defects of material or workmanship. Liability is limited to repairing or replacing at our factory, without charge, any material or defects which become apparent in normal use within the specified warranty period. All Electronic items are warranted for 3 years, Auto and Air Ejects are warranted for 2 years and Auto Pumps are warranted for 1 year
from the date the equipment was shipped. Equipment is to be returned, shipping charges prepaid and will be returned, after repair, shipping charges paid.
Kussmaul Electronics Company, Inc. shall have no liability for damages of any kind to associated equipment arising from the installation and /or use of the Kussmaul Electronics Company, Inc. products. The purchaser, by the acceptance of the equipment, assumes all liability for any damages which may result from its installation, use or misuse, by the purchaser, his or its employees or others.
Returning Parts for Repair
These forms allow you to Fill-In all of the Information online instead of hand-writing everything out. Please choose the file based on the product that you are sending back for repair. When you click on the file, the form will open up on your screen. Clicking on "Highlight Fields" on the upper right corner of the screen will Highlight all the fields that need to be filled-in. Then print out the (4) forms, include (3) with the shipment and retain (1) for your records. |

All service repairs are covered by a 90 Day Warranty Period. For your convenience, we offer a Repair Charge Price List on the majority of our products. If an item exceeds the cost on the Repair Charge Price List, you will be notified first for authorization to proceed, otherwise you will be automatically charged the Repair Charge plus the cost of shipping the item back. |
